We offer our clients three types of ham, according to its curing time.
Our products go through the most innovative drying sheds with modern production/health systems, as well as sophisticated systems to control the humidity and temperature, which guarantee the highest quality in each piece of ham.
The ham is cured for at least 12 months. Each piece is monitored with a Traceability System which enables us to know all the essential aspects of the process, such as the weight, specific time in each drying shed, temperature and humidity during each process, etc.
